Andrea Sghedoni is a Creative Director and artist based in Milan.
He builds brands that stay coherent from the big idea to the smallest execution. His background spans ATL advertising, branding and digital, and his work as a photographer and visual artist shapes how he approaches every challenge.
He has led integrated brand platforms for global clients including McDonald’s, Nutella, the Ferrero Group, Campari Group, Stellantis, L’Oréal and P&G, working closely with brand, media, PR and production partners to keep creative direction and delivery aligned.
Since 2021 he has been part of Leo in Italy, where he leads integrated campaigns, has helped bring generative AI into the creative process as a tool for speed and quality, and works to build a team culture grounded in high standards and craft.
His work has been awarded and nominated at Cannes Lions, D&AD, ADCE, ADCI, Clio Awards, Effie, Eurobest, The One Show and the New York Festival.
